Al-len-- I know the gentleman very well. A truly amazing banker, mediator, and has the keenest eye for horse flesh I have ever seen [we went to the track together once and for the life of me he always could pick the winning horse just by looking at it]. As a banker he is also outstanding. Some of the people he loans to you would not think there was a hope of ever collecting but I have yet to hear of one of his loans going bad. I have used his mediation skills with a labor union once too, results were tremendous, after a long unending deadlock suddenly the union leaders couldn't wait to agree settle with me. One word of caution though. He is a very hard nosed businessman. He can drive a really hard bargain. I would strongly suggest you don't get him even thinking about contracts when you are around. Druss
