Hi Randy, welcome aboard. It is pronounced KEY-FUR. Or with a New England accent it is key-fah.<g> It is nice to see alot of new faces on this thread. It tells me that more people are discovering this gem we call LWAY. How many flavors do they sell in the Wild Oats that you went to? I can't wait to walk into my supermarket and see kefir sitting there. I will probably get all misty eyed. Do you still have the article from IBD? If so could you write it down here on this thread? If you don't have it is there anyone else out there that does? What was the date and I'll try to find it in a library. Or if you could would you give us a summary as to what they said about LWAY. Also was the article before or after the run up to 11 7/16. I see you haven't bought any LWAY yet. If you have any questions while you're researching it let me know. Mark
