Loren is right. Don't expect any monumental move on or after 20 Nov due to Chadmoore's success in building out its priority markets. The news is expected already and progress has been confirmed numerous times along the way. This stock will begin to move following private placement year end tax selling, after the overall market stabilizes again and when the company shows signs of successfully beating the bushes for subscribers.

One development that could push the stock higher prior to that time would be an FCC positive decision on what to do about any market not built out by 20 November. The FCC would rather not have to auction these markets off again. My belief is that Chadmoore, and other companies, which have shown a committment to building out these properties, will be allowed to continue buildout of those markets they have already written off as a $7+ million loss during the summer.

In any event, there should be little downside pressure on this stock after the end of the year. Unfortunately, no one has been taking advantage of the price drop on minimal sales over the last week or so except the market maker, who might also be loaded for "bull" once things settle out.

I don't believe the MMs are intent on zeroing this stock out by floating phantom shares. MOOR is much too visible and has a fairly strong little cache of followers. If you are in for the long ride, I would sit back and not worry too much about this one, unless you're intent on additional bottom fishing.
