Gus, Just finished reading your last post re: the latest IBM press release. Looking back at their original November 4, 1997 press release announcing the collaboration, it does appear that they refer only to "format specifications for data interchange". Thus, it would not seem to be referring to a common platform as I had been assuming. This seems to be good news. It is also my understanding from a discussion with SEG's IR that anyone will be able to license the technology.
