None of the former stuff ... I was a bean counter ... an accountant ... in college I was thinking about engineering and took a bunch of math courses while undecided ... finally went with what I could get a degree in and employed at fastest at the time ... as I needed to get out and get an income pronto. I had worked as an ironworker summers but the last couple years were slow work and income wise ..... I was low man on the totem pole (permit/apprentice) in the union and got the short jobs.
