To All:

How much does the alliance with Honeywell to develop energy saving systems mean (financially and in terms of enhancing the company's reputation)? Does this association with Honeywell give any clue as to whether this company could actually be legit?

The explanation for why KESE is so well positioned in the marketplace and why the profit potential for it is so great seems to make ample sense to me. I am no utility industry expert but commonsense tells me that the deregulation of the electric utility industry could well open up huge opportunities for company's able to provide discounted eletricity rates to the average consumer. Maybe we shouldn't write KESE off so soon (despite the fact that FSS is backing it).

Management has gone on record and made projections for FY98 and openly claimed that it expects a very strong 1Q (forgot the exact words that they used). Is this just hype or what? Don't know what to read into all this.

Confused as hell. Looking for all possible information on KESE.
