I think the key to the future of this stock is if it can remain on NASDAQ exchange. In the meantime the trading likely will be volatile and potential good day trader both on the long and short side. As for the potential fraud the company always had shown very poor disclosure and it didn't make much sense at all in their timing of raising equity when the company showed a very strong cash position.
