Re: Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET) Company cuts dividend by 24% from $0.686/year (8.23%) to $0.520/year (6.25%) The Company also announced that its Board of Trustees has approved a plan to reduce the Company's quarterly distribution to $0.1300 from $0.1715 per common share and limited partnership unit, effective with the next quarterly distribution planned for October 3, 2011. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Looks like it was expected from the recent trading activity for the stock.
