In terms of comparison values with the other stocks in the SOXM table posted on a weekly basis, CREE has been the most overvalued for quite a long time. Even last week, CREE had PE and PEG values much higher than the other stocks with a PE of 24, a GR of 19 and a PEG of 1.28.

Since last Dec, CREE has gone from around 70 to around 34 today. IMO, shorting CREE was about as close to a "no brainer" in the market as ever exists. With the evaluation numbers still so high, and the stock out of favor, CREE could easily go to 20 or below. We shall see!

Don
