I'm not sure I totally understand the impact of this. Will it affect all silver and gold purchases? What exactly does it mean? Can you expand on your understanding of this. Is it the first step towards confiscation? I know we are headed there at some point, but not sure I understand the full implication of Executive Order 6102 and you have to be a lawyer to understand anything they write.... would appreciate any comments on this. Sounds serious.
