I hate to speculate but I will since everyone else is....Jon Edwards, who is behind a lot of bashing of this CEO, along with enlisted help of some notorious ihub members/insiders....have peppered the SEC with a bunch of bogus complaints about Mike and Laidlaw. my opinion is that the SEC vetted the complaints and most likely found some merit in some of the more trivial complaints, like the web site showing outdated info that might mislead potential new investors. The more major claims these clowns have been making on ihub that Mike is trying to defraud his investors by misrepresenting Laidlaws involvement with Berlin and NY were most likely proven to be wrong. So I think when Mike cleans up these little matters with the SEC the real people guilty of fraud will be the ones trying to torpedo this company based on mistruths.
