You're talking about a system that would save maybe $40/month on a utility bill. That cost is probably $12K or $15K -- do the arithmetic.

If you wanted to power a home for half a day, you'd have to have FOUR such devices -- $60K. And you would STILL be buying power for most of the day.

The looseness of your answer proves that you don't know what you are talking about. 16kW? Are you crazy?
