Could this be trouble?

SINGAPORE, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Multimedia firm Aztech Systems
Ltd said on Monday it filed a complaint for patent infringement
against its competitor Creative Technology Ltd
and its subsidiary Creative Labs Inc.
The patent, which was granted by the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office, covers a method and apparatus for digitally
mixing audio signals with different sampling rates to produce a
combined output signal, Aztech said in a statement.
The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court, Northern
District of California on November 14, it said.
"By this complaint, the company is claiming infringement of
the patent through Creative's manufacture, sale, offer for sale
and use of its Sound Blaster AWE64 family of sound card products
and seeking damages from continuing acts of infringement and an
accounting of damages for the infringement of the said patent,"
Aztech said.
The Sound Blaster AWE64 range of sound cards is Creative's
key product and revenue generator.
Creative officials were not immediately available for
comment.
