A google search yields several direct hits. the first one is at:

removespywarecenter.com

While it looks legit, I don't personally know anything at all about this site. Perhaps someone else can chime in with a completely safe approach to removing the virus.

URL above does confirm that you have a virus; offers substantial data; and gives these instructions. Unless you're much more technically astute than I, I doubt whether I could successfully follow them.

Remove MS Removal Tool 2.20 Fake Manually Step By Step

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open Taskmanager, and search for MS Removal Tool 2.20 processes:

[random].exe

2. Open Registry Editor, find out the following MS Removal Tools 2.2 registry entries and delete:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “[random].exe”

3. Search for MS Removal Tools 2.2 associated files and remove them:

%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\[random].exe
%temp%\[random]
