Bob, Before the news on a company's developments get to the public, insiders and "smart money" know what's going on and often their activity shows up in the technical profile. That's what I try to find although I often wait for verification. Accumulation in a stock can be seen even as the price is falling. On the technical charts, that's known as convergence and is a very helpful sign to begin the stalking process. AERL's technicals are a good example of convergence from 1/97 to 4/97. Doug R
