Well now you changed your story just a little bit. He didn't "intend" to inform the British. Well, anybody with a 3rd grade education can tell you if you are riding a horse yelling the British are coming and you don't think this informs the British well, that's just a plain stupid assumption and if Paul Revere actually wrote that, that is a very naive statement and just because he is Paul Revere, American Patriot and Hero, doesn't absolve him from a ridiculous statement.
