Yes, only time will tell. However, look at their P/E vs some in US, check Japan's foreign reserves and trade surplus, ... There is no good reason for Nikkei to fall from 21K to 14K in few months.

....check the charts--it was just there a few months ago and fell back.

......to break out of the bearish trend we may need tax cuts and/or deregulation or both.

........no matter where the nikkei is--i say buy when the get their turnaround together (open markets, deregulation, help japanese consumer, etc.)
