No, the standard installed Superantispyware is a good maleware detection and removal program. If you get hit by some of these rogue programs they will disable your attempts to run scans with programs on your hard drive or even search the net for solutions to the problem. That is where having a portable version on a usb drive comes in handy. I use Malwarebytes as my anti malware program but it does not have a downloadable portable version yet. They have a CD for purchase ($39 ouch) so I doubt they will develop a portable usb version any time soon.
