you are incorrect. and what you missed in that video is that the criminal enterprises could not have succeeded without the government backing them up. It is when you give the government too much power that dishonest elements are able to exploit the government to their benefit. The "crony capitalism" that you refer to is the byproduct of the big government that you support. And it is something that any libertarian would be against because it is by definition NOT a free market.
