Must have been one heck of a weekend...over 1000 posts since last I looked...Im guessing It was the usual crap? On a Differnet note, Any Farsight people on here get the same note I did about their rates going up? That sucks...guess I am back hunting for a new broker any suggestions ( and dear god please dont say ameritrade)????

Mr. Gault, Did you ask Mr. Morgan about when we might see a release on the finance deal? Also when will the 10k be out? And how many shares of the outstanding are 144 restricted shares and what are the end dates of their holding periods? Sincerely, Hraka

TO ALL: Spoke w/Gary Morgan this morning and the amount of shares in certificate form is being computed now. The exact numbers will be available later this morning but he did state Riley's numbers on shares were, for the most part, correct. The company seems to be distancing itself from riley and the cartel but is willing to give out those numbers which are public information. ie. Number of shares in certificate form. Thanks, John. Didn't see this before the recap post, as I was typing! Look forward to the information.
