I never disagree on time frames. For a long term investor, the dirts are holds for all the reasons you cited. That's also why I haven't (and won't be) selling the warrants. And rates will stay low, at least until Bernanke's heart attack......or China's treasury sale, whichever comes first...<G>

Even buying yield is risky.
