Aztech is a Singapore OEM soundcard manufacturer. It ranks after creaf in the soundcard arena. Creative sue it a few years back ago for the infingement of its old 8 Bits soundcard and an out of court settlement was settled with Aztech compensating Creative. Aztech is nowhere near Creative but ain't it amazing that Creative competitors always release their news in concert with any major Creative announcement. Remember another Singapore OEM, Venture Manufacturing with their release of their softsynth software prior to Creative release of its fabulous forth result. This may prompt profit taking.

Sorry Kiri--a complaint in the federal district of northern california IS a lawsuit--"complaint" is the name of the pleading you file to start a lawsuit. This is pretty much common knowledge, but just in case you wonder, I am an attorney. Remember--this complaint apears orchestrated to rain on CREAF's COMDEX parade by a desperate competitor. DEC sued INTC, and nothing happened --it was settled --but INTC stock got whomped that day. You have to be concerned, but wait to see what the allegations are--my suspicions are it is more sizzle than substance. CJay
