Treasury yields are up. Since I have a pretty firm conviction that this will be a bond driven market and not an earnings driven one, if yields keep going up then any rise in the market is fluff. Also, since I do think rates will come down, then if bonds do get much higher they will be pretty attractive.

Many thanks for comments. You're right, of course. Rationality has not been profitable and may yet prove financially fatal for some of us. I think I'll observe from the sidelines today.
