I'm afraid that doesn't work.

A law that says, "Don't drink and drive," doesn't protect an innocent family that was killed by a drunk driver yesterday.

The law must go much further in affording people the right to build communities where such risks are greatly diminished.

Would such isolation guarantee that there is a 100 percent chance of no drunk driving or other undesirable incidents? No, but it would greaten lessen the opportunities and risks.

I want a town where all the banks and stores celebrate Christmas, and where I can pass my fellow citizens on the street and feel free to say, "Merry Christmas," and know they will say the same back to me. Such communities only exist through selective admission, which are illegal under the current laws.
