Law suit on Castlewood is positive news; price action today reflects that. Why are the shorts so quiet today? Under the circumstances, I don't think Castlewood can get away from this. Price movement looks good today. So far I haven't see any indication of price deterioration or sell on th news from Comdex, perhaps it will happen soon. Shorting this one may not be a good idea.

Vegas show sets the stage for hardware, software rollouts

Las Vegas -- Comdex/Fall '97 attendees got a full buffet of computer wares hardware components and technologies to finished systems and peripherals. Here are some of the new storage, printing and display products shown at the annual high-tech blowout:

Rising Edge Technologies Inc. offered a technology demonstration of
SkyCap, its upcoming series of arrays based on SyQuest Technology Inc.'s SyJet hard drive cartridges. The $8,600 model shown will use five drives and a hardware RAID controller for levels 0, 3 and 5. The company also offers a line of RAID systems based on magneto-optical mechanisms.....
