Finally got through to Colorado. Broker bought some this morning. Agrees with the notion that BCMD has found JV and is finalizing deal. Bought on this idea. Broker said that if JV was in hand, then there must be significant gold there. Believes BCMD knows what is in the "floor", so to speak, and is very bullish for this quarter. I asked why the change of heart. He went to the site and watched gold being extracted. Aside: can't believe poeple actually do this for a living. He felt very enclosed. Miners were saying same things that were printed on this thread earlier. He asked them what they thought, and they said that there was alot of gold in the rock. he asked if it was significant, and they somewhat laughed at him, like he was an idiot. He said that right away he knew just how much he did not know about mining gold. Following his return home, he has been doing research on the area-much more than before. My opinion-I believe he knew this stuff all along and now is promoting it himself since news has come out. He sees the stock soaring to over $10 by end of fiscal year. Now, it was my turn to laugh. I asked how the hell it could possibly do that. He broke it down this way: Yes a penny stock, but it is way undervalued. Since Bre-X, there has been an unbelievable amount of skepticism in the mining industry for new gold finds. BCMD is no exception, and it will take proof to get people's trust this time. Some will never come back. BCMD is sitting on the mother lode district in US territory, and many people have gone to the mine. He says that that is a big plus. Reserves look to be about 5 to 10 million ounces. I asked where he got those numbers and he said from the company. My response was that no assays had ever said there was that much. He said that he had info from another source, but would not disclose it. As far as I am concerned, that was BS, till further notice. He said that the price would reflect what people think is a good company, not based on production numbers per se. He said that his clients and the clients of two of his friends are waiting for proof that anyhting is there, anything significant. He says the news today says to him that there is something there. Clients are pearched and accumulating a little. They are ready to fly when JV announcement comes. When is that I asked. He thought by December. Why do you think they have one I asked. He somehow contacted someone on the JV in negotiations with BCMD. I asked how he knew-his reply was that he called all the potential ones, which he would not tell me, and found the one interested-he said don't ask me how. Another statement of BS in my opinion. Having this JV is BIG for BCMD in short term. BCMD needs some credibility in the press. I asked why he thinks the stock will go to 10 or better, since he had not answered before. He parreled potential reserves, and production capactiy, but emphasized credibility and location. No real substance there, in my opinion. So, according to these two brokers, there is a JV and there is the belief that they are bringing up gold in significant amounts to be a good buy. I found both remarks to be very hopeful. I do not know how else you could buy though. You have to be hoping that BCMD will hit big, or you would not be in it. Obviously, they are the kind of brokers that want to hit the big one. Colorado guy lost my faith with his 180 degree turnaround in a matter of days. He probably changes his song minute to minute on a variety of stocks-I pity his clients. Nevertheless, he could be a buyer and that helps us. I am not any more confident in the fact that BCMD has a JV than I did after reading the press release, but I think that a JV is imminent if BCMD has good amounts of gold. Everyone seems to want to speculate on this. Bottom line is what Darlene and others have been saying. It all depends on what gold is there and can they bring it up for low cost. That is the bottom line. So, we have two weeks. I'll check back in if I get anything else worthwhile. darlene, you never answered my question.
