I dunno, HDs in tablets don't strike me as a great idea. Size is only advantage of flash over HDs. There is also heat, sound (no fan necessary with flash) and battery life. Plus HDs are more tempermental--tablets are, first and foremost, mobile. You don't have to worry about head crashes with flash. And part of the attraction of tablets is that they can go on the user's lap. True, the heat issue is much improved in new drives, but it is still there. Undoubtedly someone will use HDs in their tablet because of capacity. But flash is getting cheaper and bigger all the time. HDs won't win the race for tablets, IMHO.
