How's this for fantasy? We're not even necessarily going to keep the oil from SPR in the U.S. They're going to sell all 30MM bbls in one shot to the highest bidder, deliver it to the bidder sometime in August and then get paid for it the month after delivery takes place. We may as well just build a friggn pipeline directly to China and just sell 'em our SPR oil whenever Treasury needs to raise money. These guys are buffoons and they are destroying our national security on many fronts.
