Al: Sorry for missing your point. Operating at 900MHZ Nextel has two advantages: 1) greater distances covered with fewer towers; 2) less interference with other computers, etc.

As for trading floors, Nextel gets great reception inside the concrete/steel holes I frequent here in Chicago. One local Exchange that had a problem with other wireless phone vendors has even made an exception with Nextel because of the frequency. Motorola's local walkie-talkie devices DO cause interference and are banned from most floors.

Reception is great even inside elevators in the heart of the loop here in Chicago. Hope this helps.
