Will another EU country fall even if Greece does not default. Unknowable. How many EU countries need to fall before the Euro is capute? One. Will banks take the brunt of this and will they be allowed to fail there? CBs rigged to the Bernank's FED through swaps will take the brunt. Remember the facility conveyor belts? will the world someday beg China to become the reserve currency? No. Not in your lifetime. Will it matter? It wouldn't. I own and will continue to own equity securities, can I survive through retirement until I succumb to peaceful eternal slumber ? As always, depends upon what you own, not on sturm und drang generated by exbirds. will mankind discover/invent new energy/propusion, in my lifetime, that will inflame the imagination of space travel once again? It's an engineering problem that has to await the development of basketball size solid state QCD devices which output anti-proton, and exotic materials which convert anti-proton flux into gravity waves.
