The business model is now as follows: 15% gross margins, 8 million overhead. 20 million (for the quarter) x .15 - 2 million - taxes = roughly 8 cents per share (32 cent run rate). At current P/E (about 22 for continuing operations) that comes to $7 per share.

The company thinks they can do better than $.32 for the year (about $.40-$.60 per share). I have more conservative views.
