barry, I don't know the mechanics of judging the % of brain used. they just quote studies...But, reinact the gen chapture 3 scene. play like you are the female Adam.. reach out and touch the fruit...think about what she thought. "God said I would die if I tocuhed this, but I didn't die" She had to touch it to eat it.... So, then do even the lowest reasoning....and you come up with God is lying and the snake must be telling the truth bec. I touched it and didn't die and God said touch it I die... So, she ate the fruit. yes, living forever is not eternal life..it couldn't be..since satan and demons live forever.. and Jesus said nothing kills the soul and spirit.. people even live forever now..that's not new living forever never has been the issue if you take Jesus literally in His statement on nothing kills the spirit. and if you read the last chapters of Revelation you see what happens to those who were dead in Hades.. they are then transfered to hell where they live forever. Eternal life on the otherhand is a living forever with a oneness of God inside you..a fellowship realtion with the father.
