Hi Don,

Thank YOU for all of the great work you do.

These tables show how futile analysts forecasts are.

The stagnation of this sector has no doubt been frustrating to more than just the die hards here.

As time goes on book value has been growing and after all cash in the bank counts for something.

Wondering what the definition is your source uses for TBV?

I think part of the valuation "problem" with this sector is the management dilution of the common for their personal gain vs the stockholders gain.

When these companies embark in dividend payouts it will be a continuing positive.

When a cash rich company embarks in a stock buyback that exceeds the management dilution, that also will build stockholder value.

As stockholders we need to become more active in expressing our desire for stock price appreciation.

Dividends and or buy backs. But backs when the stock gets cheap and dividends as an ongoing payout as a percent.

We will see TBV grow if the companies cash is applied in a way such that stock holder value is a motivating goal.

Thank You again - your work is a treasureof facts.

Bob
