Now "settling in" at low to mid 3s...funny thing is, this is over 1/2 a point below the high 3s, which was the point this summer at which the shorts pulled their most excrutiating "this is a scam, there is no gold here folks" BS...now of course we know there is gold, we have COC, we have Bateman, yet we are 1/2 point BELOW "no gold"

Given this, anybody think low 3s is a fair price?
