Andy, the naysayers won't be happy. They'll have to up their posting frequency of irrelevant information or something to counter this.

Great news is right. The NASD has been investigating into the lack of forced buy-ins in the RMIL market. I talked with NASD before I left on my travels last week. The regulators are very interested in why the certificate demands were (are) not being met. siliconinvestor.com Send those letter to the NASD and Brokerage firms. I appears that the self regulation of the brokerage firms and MM's shorts (and others) are needing some jabs from the NASD and SEC into covering their buy-ins!!! It's your job to get your own certificates! RG
