Andy, the naysayers won't be happy. They'll have to up their posting frequency of irrelevant information or something to counter this.

Great news is right. The NASD has been investigating into the lack of forced buy-ins in the RMIL market. I talked with NASD before I left on my travels last week. The regulators are very interested in why the certificate demands were (are) not being met.

Send those letter to the NASD and Brokerage firms. I appears that the self regulation of the brokerage firms and MM's shorts (and others) are needing some jabs from the NASD and SEC into covering their buy-ins!!!

It's your job to get your own certificates!

Andy,

Could you please post or email me the name, address and phone number of the person from the NASD that called. I'm trying to get information from other stockholders complaints to the NASD office that is handling my case. Maybe we can get the NASD offices to coordinate their efforts too.

So Far I have received one phone call and a letter from the NASD. We need to keep the pressure on!

Thanks
Mike
