Anyway, can you give us your short term outlook on APCO? Like I have posted on the APCO thread IMO when this puppy trades on a volume of over 120k we should see a nice move.

Any thoughts?

Specifically WRT CADE exchange2000.com
Later post was not so enthusiastic about CADE's near-term prospects (things do change). But CADE has been up today on low volume; so am wondering if it's 3 day RSI "trick" may be coming thru after all, AND how to go about setting it up or looking at it. Got my Parity functioning yesterday. If this is seminar material, I'll wait. Thank you.
