Just had a conversation with a friend who is in South Florida. South Americans, especially Brazilians, are buying up the place. Their currency is high. Expensive Florida condos to them are bargains.

That would be the same country - Brazil - that Obama wants to buy oil from instead of drilling in our own backyard.
