I have not had any trouble downloading the data...however..what I have noticed..is that the data is deteriorating BADLY. There are MANY stocks, closed end funds, etfs, preferred stock, etc..that have not had their dividends updated for a very long time. Some examples include AINV, HYG, NZF and many others. There are over 200 ETFs that are missing from Quotes Plus altogether. Some examples include: 1 XIV VelocityShares Daily Inverse VIX ST ETN (XIV) 2 BNO United States Brent Oil (BNO) 3 ZIV VelocityShares Daily Inverse VIX MT ETN (ZIV) 4 GASL Direxion Daily Nat Gas Rltd Bull 2X Shrs (GASL) 5 DTYL iPath US Treasury 10-year Bull ETN (DTYL) 6 UPV ProShares Ultra MSCI Europe (UPV) 7 EMLB iPath Long Enhanced MSCI Emerg Mkts ETN (EMLB) 8 EPOL iShares MSCI Poland Investable Mkt Index (EPOL) 9 LBND PowerShares DB 3x Lng 25+ Yr Trsy Bd ETN (LBND) 10 EIRL iShares MSCI Ireland Cppd Invstb Mkt Idx (EIRL) 11 AXHE iShares MSCI ACWI ex US Health Care Idx (AXHE) 12 MFLA iPath Long Enhanced MSCI EAFE ETN (MFLA) 13 SFLA iPath Long Extended S&P 500 TR ETN (SFLA) there are many more.. I have called their so called support line several times over the past couple of years and am always told they will forward my info onward and that I should hear back shortly. In all cases..i never heard back..and fixes were never done. I sent emails to their support email adresss. On rare occoasions I got a response back from a Sheryll..saying that she was forwarding this to Gary. Never heard back and fixes were never done. Being savvy on internet I was able to find Gary's personal phone number and reached him. He told me he would look into it...yeah we'll see This was a couple days ago. Let's wait and see. Also note that Mutual fund distributions HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR 2 YEARS OR MORE..has anyone every been notified of this? Anyone know what's going on? thx.
