Dara, he's a lot more measured and positive in the newsletter, it's worth a look in my opinion for his FA approach.

He used to have back issues on his site but I've just tried to find them and cannot. I would email him for some back issues and see the contrast for yourself, I understand where you're coming from re: the blog but think you may prefer the actual letter.
