It is possible that their views have changed measurably, but I see no particular reason to disbelieve the results of this Gallup poll of 2 1/2 years ago.

One explanation: Black Democrats are much more religious than nonblack Democrats
by Frank Newport

PRINCETON, NJ -- Only 31% of black Democrats in America say homosexual relations are morally acceptable, roughly the same as the 30% of Republicans who agree, while very much different from the 61% of nonblack Democrats who say homosexual relations are morally acceptable.

Edit:

Or this one:

Blacks are much more likely to think that homosexuality is morally wrong (64%) than whites (48%) or Hispanics (43%),” according to a Pew poll last year on civil unions and gay marriage.

Edit:

Or this one:

Despite their greater disapproval of homosexuality, blacks' opinions on sodomy laws, gay civil liberties, and employment discrimination are quite similar to whites' opinions, and African Americans are more likely to support laws prohibiting antigay discrimination. Once religious and educational differences are controlled, blacks remain more disapproving of homosexuality but are moderately more supportive of gay civil liberties and markedly more opposed to antigay employment discrimination than are whites.Yet religion, education, gender, and age all have weaker impacts on black than on white attitudes, suggesting that black and white attitudes have different roots.

Incarceration rates probably have something to do with that.
