Jan, Frank. I posted this already in #7735. I guess my posts get no respect. The only problem I see with it is SEC costs. To issue millions of warrents or options to the shareholders could cost S3 alot of money in registration fee's and offering fee's. My guess would be 1 to 5 million. Smaller than the law suit however. Any other thoughts???
