But you would never have had something like this happen under GWB. Just would NOT have happened. Hell, even Nixon might have had second thoughts about this kind of corrupt behavior. Uh........it would have happened under GWB.....we just wouldn't have heard about the details. How quickly you forget all of Cheney's meetings with oil people to give you just one of many examples. And there is nothing wrong with Obama publicly meeting with industry heads.......no matter who sponsored the meeting. Its when the WH meets with people privately like Cheney and Bush would do where concerns about appearances become warranted.
