back to square one.. I said it was a mystery to me how mccain gets elected.. he stated.. I/we have "substantial evidence" on illegal immigrants... latimes.com that phrase.. is a legal term..used in court ..... one would think/feel that a Grand Jury would be called.. and mccain would face contempt charges If he did not ..'explain' himself.... (after all..tax payers are going to have to cover the costs and mccain 'claims ' to be concerned about spending So.. did he misspeak...? or does he have evidence.....?? Im betting he was just breaking wind in public.. yet again
