Bocor. Hmmm, it looks like reit OFC should be okay for me in a diversified portfolio.

I like:

Stock is selling near 12-mo low. (ex-div today)

Rising distribution. No cut during the Great Recession:

I've held GOV, and among the reasons is that this reit primarily leases to government entities. I believe I'll like OFC because it leases to fed government and nearby defense contractors.
