Those concerned about over population can do the decent thing: <overpopulation may be a concern. > I'm pleased to say that my many descendants are breeding quickly. The eugenics programmes which are running at full speed [faster than ever] are taking care of that. You probably don't even know about the eugenics programmes. Some of the genetic cleansing [of the voluntary type] is recognized in the Darwin Awards. But the main ethnic cleansing is being done involuntarily, compulsorily, and it's very successful.
