FWIW, I reestablished a position in INTC Intel today. I'm somewhat buying into the line of thought that while mobile devices hurt INTC on the consumer side, I also can see reason for what INTC sees as backoffice demand created by all the new data hungry mobile devices.

As to the timing - the market seemed oddly strong both yesterday and today. There's alot of potential bad stories out there but the mkt is bucking them - gives me a confidence to deploy some cash - which I have a high % of at the moment.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the dividend - 3.4%.

OFC. I'll join you on the common today. I already own the G preferred. GHJ yield around 7.5% to 7.8%. Good presentation on their website. Thanks for reminding me about the common, at a nice low as compared to some other reits (as if that means anything).
