<<Sorry people don't get a pass just because they are doing stuff you like. Besides, these guys are human.....and that means they are flawed just like the rest of us.

Of course they are flawed. We are all terribly flawed. I didn't say perfect, I said as good as humans get and a damn site better than most.

Maybe that is what we need to explain to people. Just how ignorant and flawed we all are. We are all a bunch of schmuks.

But guys like Stewart and Colbert understand this and try to be good human beings. All any of us can do, but also the least we should do! And as Plato said: "be kind to everyone, because everyone is suffering."

The right wing lives in a total fantasy world. As one moves to the left, IMO, their knowledge directed perception increases and myth is replaced by facts and logic, and or humanity.

But this is rather common, it seems. I was listed as a homophobe the other day for saying I didn't think Choi was helping, in fact doing more harm and that I support Obama. Go figure. And apparently I don't support working people or HRC, I'm a teabagger (who knew?) and I'm bourgeoisie. It seems it's a dangerous thang to speak against Choi or Hamsher or Greenwald or Walsh and a few others. :) cult of personality lives.
