How could bigger blocks [except crosses] go though when BxA has been mostly 5x5 or 10x5?

Robert,

Institutions may not buy on the market when they know that they can get a better deal if they contact IPM and get into a financing deal with them. In fact, that is how institutions get most of their large positions in stocks...via PP's. They go on the market when there are no other alternatives.
