I really haven't been watching that closely, but from what I have seen the defense seems to be throwing as many possible variables as they can confuse the jury.

And I think that the prosecution has tried to introduce too many possible scenarios (such as the duct tape as a murder weapon) instead of just laying out the facts and letting the jury connect the dots.

That being said, George Anthony didn't respond with "no" to the question about molesting his daughter. He gave a mealy mouthed answer about how he would never harm his daughter that way. I actually believe that he did molest her.

However, I don't think that it is relevant to the case and is yet another red herring meant to confuse the case.
