Because he pretends to be a right winger, Colbert gets a lot of right wing guest to appear on his show. They know that he won't take them on, because it would be out of character. Last night, Colbert had Grover Norquist on! What a waste! A tremendous wasted opportunity that Stewart would not allow Very true. People underestimate the power that Norquist wields. What Stewart and Colbert both do is bring some humor to politics which I think is badly needed. People get too serious.....me included.
